You’ll have two personalised coaching sessions with your coach per week, each lasting one hour. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a group exercise class with other like minded individuals.
In addition, you’ll have WhatsApp support and access to our coaching app to help you in reaching your goals, hitting your targets and tracking your progress!
We also support you to up your daily step count when on this programme.

What’s included in the Course?
This 8 Week Weight Management Programme is designed to help you achieve your weight-related goals. Each of your 8 weeks will include 2 personal training sessions (1:1, 60 minutes in length each) unless otherwise specified and agreed with your coach.
Each 60 minute session is created with you and your weight related goals in mind. Ensuring that you are completing the relevant exercises to help you towards achieving your target.
You’ll become familiar with your body’s likes and dislikes, you’ll be in an exercise routine that is supporting you to achieve your weight-related goals.
You’ll graduate the programme having started to take control of this area of life.
Upon completion you have the opportunity to move onto our personal training programme for continued support.
