Restore Your Core is a gentle yet challenging class focusing on women’s health.
The sessions focus on core and pelvic floor strength and control, in order to improve your quality of life.
Sessions are slower paced and focused on controlling the body and breath.
The sessions are about progressing the individual in a group setting and really getting back any control that may have been lost due to pelvic floor trauma inclusive of childbirth.
