Our 12 week programme removes some of the barriers you may be facing to leading the active and healthy lifestyle you desire. Our exercise referral consultants have the training and qualifications in order to understand your medical needs and develop a safe, tailored programme for you in relation to your goals.
The sessions will be based around the following types of training (but not limited to): cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, balance & flexibility work. Again, all tailored to your individual needs, medical advice, research, as well as your likes and dislikes to support you in achieving your goals.
12 Week Programme
Initial 30 minute consultation
Weekly session includes:
15 minute guided warm up
30 minute 1:1 with your consultant
15 minute guided cool down
Just £611 (or just £7.27 per day)
What’s included in the Course?
During this programme you'll get twelve 1:1 exercise sessions, planned and delivered specifically for you! These sessions are broken down into a warm-up, main session and cool-down. The structure of the sessions is as follows: you'll complete a 15 minute guided warm-up, 30 minute 1:1 session with your Exercise Referral Consultant and then a 15 minute guided cool-down.
The whole programme will be a built in relation to your individual needs, which will be discussed at your initial consultation. For example if you have Fibromyalgia this will be taken into consideration alongside your needs and ability. Similarly, if you have early onset type 2 Diabetes or Hypertension, your sessions are going to look different, as sessions really are created for you.
Your guided cool-down will allow you to return to your day having contributed positively to your health!
Upon completion of the exercise referral programme, you will have the tools to live a healthier lifestyle through the use of both structured and unstructured physical activity. You will be able to utilise everything you've learnt from your consultant to uphold the changes made in twelve weeks with us. Daily tasks will become easier, and we hope your mindset will be improved for the better upon completion of our programme too!
