On 22nd of November 2023, Isle Health, in collaboration with WSP Solicitors and Sunflowers Suicide Support, will unite to address the topic of menopause.
This event aims to guide individuals through the physiological aspects and symptoms of menopause, shed light on how it affects the workplace, explore company policies related to menopause, and provide insights from women who have successfully navigated the challenges of peri, post, and menopausal stages.
We will hear from Megan Seward, lead exercise specialist from Isle Health, and the full agenda is as follows:
An introduction to Sunflowers Suicide Support
Megan will cover the basic physiology of Menopause, the symptoms and what this looks like in the workplace.
We will learn from WSP on their policy to support their employees (what's going well & ways to improve)
Panel Q&A - will cover topics of peri/post-menopausal individuals
