She listens and gets to know you throughout the process, it’s not just a one time and get on with it relationship. I’ve recently joined Megan doing personal training sessions. She is such a positive and fun individual which makes the sessions an enjoyable experience. I have had a brilliant experience training with Laura at Isle Health. Before I started I was only exercising in a very limited way and I didn’t know where to start in commencing an appropriate exercise regime. Although I was very nervous at first stepping foot in a gym, Laura very quickly put me at ease and had me trying things I never could have imagined myself doing, and I found myself enjoying new ways of training and using new equipment. I look forward to my sessions which are challenging but so rewarding. I am healthier, fitter, stronger and so many aspects of my life are now easier and more enjoyable.

I trained with Sam for more than 8 weeks. She has helped me grow as a person both mentally and physically. I hadn’t used a gym in years but Sam helped me step out of my comfort zone and enjoy exercising again. Each session was different, rewarding yet so fun at the same time! I’ve become fitter and more knowledgeable in how to use the equipment and target certain areas of the body for different workouts.
I would 100% recommend this to friends and family if they were thinking of starting up.
